Suenna, our first contact person on arrival was extremely friendly and professional. They made us feel welcome immediately.

The food, morning and evening, was excellent! A huge buffet. The room is spacious with everything you need. Super mattress! . The beach was fantastic! All very nice people.

Unfortunately nobody speaks German

Fine beachfront villa and really good service. Limited wi-fi in the room was annoying.

The room I stayed in was wonderfully decorated and reasonably large and complete with balcony, great facilities and cool towels. The location was amazing and incredible, just a short walk away from Temple. You could walk to local markets and a market.

The shower in our room leaked, causing frequent flooding.

Excellent service and excellent fine dining restaurant. Room was pretty average. We stayed at Maradiva 3 weeks prior and room was much better but service and restaurant was not as good as Lux.

Couples retreat that exceeds expectations

Spent 3 nights in a Junior Suite and loved the service offered by the staff. They cleaned our room every day with fresh towels and the Beach Rouge restaurant was one of the best for both lunch and dinner, really very nice food!

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still reasonable.

The hotel beach sits directly on the reef and the hotel offers free activities such as Booked.neting, water skiing and sailing on the reef. Food was excellent, great restaurant quality buffet choice.

Some of the activities did not take place as scheduled and confirmed by the staff. On separate occasions the staff gave us wrong information on activity schedule and price. The room was large and clean. However, the hair dryer was screwed to a drawer positioned in a dimly lit corridor. The room was fitted with US plugs for which a converter is provided. We discovered where both the dryer and the converter were hidden by calling reception. On our first day at the hotel the room got cleaned only late in the afternoon.

Relaxing at the spa and enjoying the stunning beach views made our stay even better. The only slight hiccup was the somewhat confusing drink prices, but it didn’t take away from our wonderful experience! 🌴

More shaded seating areas would be helpful.

The swimming area near the beach was somewhat limited due to a safety net that restricted access for swimming. The air conditioning in the room was quite erratic, blowing excessively cold air that followed whenever a window was opened. Finally, I noticed a distinct odor near the water's edge that affected my desire to swim in the sea.
